Flamengo reached Supercopa as champion of Brasileirão 2025. The red-and-black team showed consistency throughout the competition and featured midfielder Arrascaeta, elected the championship’s star player.
Corinthians won the place by beating Vasco in the decision of Copa of Brasil. The match at Maracanã ended with a 2-1 victory, consolidating the São Paulo club’s return to the national finals.

Date and possible venues
The CBF plans to hold the match on January 24, 2026. Essa date opens the national calendar and allows teams to prepare after the vacation period.

Corinthians are looking for their second title after 34 years. The team from São Paulo has only participated in the 1991 edition so far.
