Neymar’s mansion in Bal Harbor will have a brutalist style and works will begin next April

The Brazilian football star has finalized preparations for the start of construction of his new high-end residence in the Estados Unidos. Localizada in one of the most exclusive areas of Flórida, the property stands out for its impressive size and the choice of a bold architectural design, aiming to guarantee privacy and absolute comfort for the athlete and their guests during seasons on North American soil.

With a large plot of land on the seafront, the project envisages a building measuring approximately 1,500 square meters. The visual proposal deviates from the conventional, adopting tropical brutalism as its main identity. The use of exposed concrete, large open spaces and direct integration with the surrounding natural landscape are the hallmarks of the project, which promises to become an architectural reference in the region.

Project details and architectural signature

Responsibility for the design of the work lies with the Brazilian architect Leo Romano, known for his ability to mix modernity with natural elements. The structure was designed to maximize the entry of natural light and ventilation, creating an environment that constantly interacts with the coastal climate. The imposing facade uses raw materials that, paradoxically, give lightness and sophistication to the whole.

The internal layout of the mansion was planned to house eight spacious suites, ensuring comfortable accommodation for family and friends. Além of the bedrooms, the living areas are vast, designed to promote social interaction without giving up the functionality necessary for the day-to-day life of a public figure.

Leisure and entertainment infrastructure

The residential complex not only serves as housing, but functions as a true private entertainment center. The facilities were designed to meet the player’s hobbies and relaxation needs, including spaces dedicated to both physical activity and evening leisure. Entre the highlights of the amenities confirmed in the project are:

• Air-conditioned wine cellar with capacity for hundreds of labels and tasting area.
• Dedicated kids space, focused on safe entertainment for children.
• Wet and dry sauna integrated into the spa area for physical recovery.

Execution schedule and expectations

The works calendar is set to begin immediately, with the foundations being prepared from April onwards. The complexity of the Brutalist design and the level of detail required in the finishes extend the execution time by more than a year and a half. The expectation is that the residence will be completely finished and ready for occupancy at the end of 2027.
