Influential Greater Manchester devolution leader Eamonn Boylan dies aged 66

Eamonn Boylan, a central figure in the British public service with more than four decades of experience, died aged 66 after a short hospital stay. The announcement was made this Thursday on Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Ele leaves his wife Maria and two children.
