Pokémon GO Fest 2026 debuts Mega Mewtwo with two new forms

Treinadores can complete Desafios of Tempo into Áreas of Cidade to guarantee encounters with both forms of Mewtwo. Upon completing two or more of these challenges, the player will be able to choose to face Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y, both with the first level Mega already activated. Mudanças on Mega Evolução system

Niantic implements significant adjustments to Mega Evolução’s progression. Mega level advancement now occurs more quickly. A future update will allow trainers to use remaining Megaenergia to quickly level up Mega without waiting for the daily cooldown, greatly speeding up Pokémon boosting.
