Oppo Find X9 Ultra gets improved cameras across all sensors ahead of launch
Oppo revealed significant improvements to the Find X9 Ultra cameras. The flagship smartphone should hit the market with advances in all rear and front sensors.
The main focus is on increasing light capture and maintaining resolution at a high level. The brand worked with Hasselblad to fine-tune the imaging system. The changes set the stage for a global launch in April 2026.
Upgrades applied to each lens in the main set
The main camera uses a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 sensor. Ela records 10% more light compared to the previous generation. The f/1.5 diaphragm helps with low-light performance.
The 50 MP ultrawide gains 56% more light capture. Isso improves balance in wide scenes with high contrast. The 3x telephoto lens also has a 200 MP sensor. The light gain reaches 36% in this module.
- Main Sensor: 200 MP Sony LYT-901, f/1.5, 10% more light
- Ultrawide: 50 MP, 56% more light collection
- Tele 3x: 200 MP OmniVision, 36% more light
- Tele 10x: 50 MP Samsung, 230mm focal length
- Selfie: 50 MP with 56% more pixels
Esses numbers show the Oppo’s effort to maintain consistency between different focal lengths. The 10x optical periscope represents one of the highlights. Ele allows optical quality zoom up to 20x in some scenarios.
Colaboração with Hasselblad and optical structure
The partnership with Hasselblad brought color calibration and specific modes. The system includes architecture that reduces stray light by up to 99.999%. A multispectral sensor helps with color correction with 43% more sensitivity.
The 10x module uses quintuple prism structure. Isso maintains compact size despite the long focal length of 230mm. Sensor-shift stabilization helps maintain sharpness at greater distances.
Testes initials indicate good performance in natural and artificial light. Autofocus responds quickly even in challenging conditions. Video recording reaches 8K with high clarity.
Detalhes technical and other features of the device
Find X9 Ultra runs with Snapdragon 8 Elite. The screen has a rate of 144 Hz and high resolution. The battery exceeds 7000 mAh in some configurations.
The design maintains the large circular camera island. Acabamentos in textured material appear in color options. The global launch took place in April, with availability in select Europa and Ásia markets starting in May.
What changes in practice for the user
Fotografar at different distances becomes more uniform. The jump in zoom from 6x to 10x optical expands options without significant loss of detail. The combination of two 200 MP sensors allows cuts and cropping with preserved quality.
Profissionais and enthusiasts get a versatile tool in a single device. Portrait mode benefits from the dedicated 3x sensor. Improved ultrawide helps with landscapes and large groups.
Oppo positions the model as a premium option in the mobile imaging segment. Advances in hardware seek to reduce excessive dependence on digital processing.
