Suspects lured two children with the promise of flying kites before raping them in SP

Polícia Civil of São Paulo identified the strategy used by the suspects to attract the two victims, both underage children. Segundo the delegate Janaína of Silva Dziadowczyk, of the 63rd Distrito Policial of Vila Jacuí, the attackers invited the victims aged 7 and 10 to fly a kite on April 21st. The crime occurred at Zona Leste of São Paulo after the children were taken to a property. The suspects took advantage of the closeness and trust they had with the girls to carry out the plan.

The investigation revealed that the attackers told the children that they were going to fly kites, claiming to have lines available at the place where the crime was committed. The delegate explained that the victims trusted the suspects because they were neighbors. “Eles were neighbors and the children trusted them. Chamaram to fly kites. Descoberta of the crime occurred due to a report on social media

The crime remained hidden for three days. Polícia Civil only became aware of the case on April 24, when the sister of one of the victims saw images of the abuse circulating on social media and went to the police station to file a complaint. The girls’ family had not voluntarily contacted authorities. Estava being pressured not to file a police report, as reported by delegate Janaína of Silva Dziadowczyk.

The delegate revealed that the family faced intimidating pressure in the community. “The victims were being pressured not to file a police report. Embora was circulating on the internet, the family had not filed a complaint,” he said. Segundo investigations, the family left the community out of fear and there were residents who “left with the clothes on their backs”.

The sister who made the complaint no longer lived with the victims’ mother, which made access to the images on social media easier. “She had no details and did not know the location. Polícia Civil identified the five suspects in just five days of investigation. Quatro of them are teenagers who have already been apprehended. A teenager remains at large and is still being sought by authorities. A 21-year-old man, investigated for participation in the crime, was arrested in the city of Brejões, in Bahia, and was transferred to São Paulo on May 4th. Seu name is Alessandro Martins of Santos.
