Google expands the capabilities of the Gemini application by implementing a new level of advanced reasoning and preparing to integrate three third-party applications. The changes reinforce the company’s strategy of connecting its AI to popular productivity and consumption tools.

The Gemini model selector now displays a “Pensamento Level” menu that offers two options: standard and extended. The functionality is only available to users who select Gemini 3 Flash or Gemini 3.1 Pro. Atualmente, the feature is in limited implementation, following the standard adopted in Google AI Studio.

The extended tier extends processing time for deeper analysis, while the standard option maintains conventional delivery speed. Três applications complete the Gemini integrations portfolio soon. Documentos support already indicates that Canva, Instacart and OpenTable are on the way, although not yet implemented. The list of active integrations includes:

The expansion connects Gemini to design, shopping and dining ecosystems. Cada integration follows a natural conversation pattern, allowing commands in common language to perform tasks on partner platforms.
Canva: Integrated creative workflow
By connecting Canva to Gemini, users will prompt the wizard to perform design tasks without switching between applications. The integration allows you to create designs according to verbal instructions, access saved designs, organize files into folders, manage comments and generate images in Gemini for later editing in Canva.
Practical Exemplos are already circulating. A user might ask: “Use Canva to create a rustic themed wedding invitation design with antique pink and sage green palette.” Outro may instruct: “Generate an image of a cat riding a unicorn and use it on a business card in Canva.” Integration reduces the time between creative conception and visual execution.
Comments Gerenciamento also integrates with the stream. Gemini accesses OpenTable to check availability, make, modify and cancel restaurant reservations. The integration utilizes the “Book with Google” feature to confirm real-time availability and complete transactions.
Comandos naturals manage reserves. “Check if restaurant XYZ has a table for 2 people at around 7:30 pm and make a reservation if available” carries out search and booking in sequence.
