Telephone 135 offers service from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm, requiring CPF and answers to security questions. Agências and Caixa Econômica also offer in-person consultations.

May regular Pagamentos

Simultaneamente to the second installment of the 13th, the INSS begins deposits relating to the May payroll. The credits begin for those who earn up to the minimum wage, followed later by those who earn above the national minimum wage. Ministério of Previdência Social coordinates the calendar to avoid concentration of bank transactions.

The anticipation measure represents the government’s effort to boost the economy in the second quarter. The R$78.2 billion tends to circulate in consumption, addressing sectors such as commerce, services and food, according to an analysis by Ministério of Previdência Social.
