One of the great masters of suspense in modern literature, Harlan Coben, known for works such as “Whatever It Takes” (2026), “What I Miss You Make” (2025), “The Great Illusion” (2024) and “Fique Comigo” (2021), has a new adaptation coming to streaming. This week, an acclaimed story by the American author will be released as a series on Netflix: “Eu Vou Te FIND” (I Will Find You).

The central plot follows David Burroughs, a man serving a life sentence for murdering his own son. Although he was tried and convicted of the crime, David insists on his innocence. The narrative takes a new turn when the protagonist receives evidence that the child may, in fact, be alive. Faced with this shocking revelation, he must plan a daring escape from jail to uncover the truth and try to find his missing son.

Heavy cast with Sam Worthington and Britt Lower

One of the most anticipated aspects of the production of “I Will Find You” is its cast full of talents. The main role of David Burroughs is played by Sam Worthington, an actor acclaimed for his participation in “Avatar”. Complementing the narrative, Britt Lower, known as “Rupture”, plays Rachel Mills, who is David’s sister-in-law and works as an investigative journalist, in addition to figures such as Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Chi McBride and Jonathan Tucker.

With a career that includes more than 30 literary titles, Harlan Coben has established solid partnerships with streaming platforms, ensuring that his stories are adapted for the screen. This strategy has resulted in several productions that frequently climb to the top of the most watched content lists globally, solidifying the success formula among its bestsellers and the streaming audience, which seeks engaging plots full of mystery.

With a total of eight episodes, “I Will Find You” brings together all the elements necessary to become the next big hit on Netflix. The new thriller series will premiere this Thursday, June 18th.
