The pre-sale of the new title was confirmed for next week and Rockstar Games released new art of its protagonists, Jason and Lúcia, with an explicit reference to Brazil.

Revelations about GTA 6 were not limited to pre-orders and cover art. Rockstar also shared a new glimpse of the sunset in Vice City, presenting a detailed image of the reimagined version of the metropolis.

Hidden detail in GTA 6 art mentions Brazil

Rockstar Games released a flurry of news about GTA 6 this Thursday, including the opening of pre-sales and the image that will appear on the game’s cover — however, one particularity may have gone unnoticed by many excited fans.

One of the released illustrations shows Jason and Lucia in an embrace, with the female character wielding a pistol identified as “Nipper .38”. A closer analysis of the image reveals the inscription “Made in Brazil” (made in Brazil, in Portuguese) engraved below the name of the weapon, a detail that certainly resonates with the vast community of Brazilian players, recognizing its importance on the global gaming scene.

Unreleased images from Vice City show the city full of details in GTA 6

In addition to the information already mentioned, Rockstar also presented an animated image of the new version of Vice City, exposing an impressive amount of small details.

The photograph depicts the late afternoon in the city, revealing the surroundings of the port that players will apparently have the opportunity to explore. Imposing buildings full of LED panels, vessels of varying sizes, a Ferris wheel, as well as helicopters and planes, are just some of the visible elements, while the beginning of the night lights up with gradient tones in the background.

Director of Final Fantasy VII Revelation confesses to having finished the title dozens of times and was moved

Naoki Hamaguchi, director of Final Fantasy VII Revelation, revealed that he completed the third chapter of the trilogy approximately 40 times during its development, and one specific scene provoked emotion on each occasion.

According to Hamaguchi, this central moment addresses an important reflection by Cloud on his own identity and connections with Zack and Aerith. “There is a scene that is fundamental to the narrative of Final Fantasy VII”, explained the director, adding that the way this segment was portrayed in Revelation was “very good”.

He also reiterated: “I’ve watched Revelation about 40 times, and every time that introspective scene with Cloud made me cry.”

Sony message indicates possible imminent release of God of War Laufey

A new promotional email distributed by Sony has sparked speculation that God of War Laufey may be closer to release than many anticipated. The spin-off starring Faye was recently announced at the June 2026 State of Play, but the communication emphasizes that the game will arrive “soon” on PS5.

In the released material, PlayStation describes the journey, stating that “for Laufey (Faye), warrior and wife of Kratos, a new adventure is just beginning”, inviting players to explore the Beyond in search of rescuing those she loves.

The email was sent shortly after rumors suggested that the title could debut as early as 2027, which reinforces the perception that the project could be launched sooner than expected.

Versions of Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops 2 for PS4 and PS5 arrive in July

Activision has confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will receive versions for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in July. The announcement was made by Treyarch, marking the first time that these two franchise classics have arrived on Sony’s modern platforms.

In a post on social media, the studio stated: “It’s official: the original Black Ops and Black Ops 2 games will be released for PlayStation in July, thanks to our partners at Iron Galaxy.”

According to the information released, the titles will be adaptations of the original versions, without significant changes to the content, and there is still no confirmation about possible releases for Xbox or PC — an intriguing fact, considering that Activision belongs to Microsoft.
