Regular, non-specialty coffee generally contains between 9.4 and 20.6 milligrams of caffeine per 30 milliliters. Consumption of pure, additive-free caffeinated coffee has been linked to lower risks of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, heart failure and certain arrhythmias.
