Nike and Hyperice, known for their sports technologies, innovate once again by launching an item that combines well-being and footwear. The new Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide is a slipper designed to warm and vibrate feet, promoting revitalization rather than just being a fashion accessory. Its main functionality is to aid recovery after exercise, long trips or prolonged periods of standing.

Understand how the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide works

Essentially, the shoe was created with a focus on recovery. Nike guarantees comfort with its Air Zoom cushioning system, while Hyperice integrates a special capsule into the top strap. This capsule is responsible for emitting heat and gentle vibrations, acting directly on the top of the foot.

The accessory is ideal for relaxing contracted muscles and relieving discomfort after intense training or tiring journeys. This is the second joint project by the two companies, following Hyperboot launched the previous year, which highlights the priority of these brands in recovery as an essential pillar of the daily routine and the growing demand for well-being solutions integrated into consumers’ daily lives.

Details about the heat and vibration system

The heating and vibration mechanism is a removable, magnetic device. It offers three heat levels, reaching a maximum temperature of 47 degrees Celsius, and three different vibration intensities. Each usage cycle lasts 15 minutes and can be controlled directly by the device or more precisely through the Hyperice app.

Tobie Hatfield, senior director of innovation for athletes at Nike, commented on the news and stated that athletes dedicate themselves completely to their activities, and the recovery methodology must be at the same level. He further added that the intention was for the slipper to begin the rehabilitation process as soon as it was put on.

Corroborating this perspective, Nike athlete Virgil van Dijk stated that the combination of the heat and vibration provided by Hyperice with Nike’s cushioning is what makes his feet ready to face another match.

Date to purchase the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide

The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide is scheduled to release on September 29, 2026, with availability at nike.com, hyperice.com and select retailers globally. For those looking for relief and rest for their feet, this can be an excellent alternative.
