Newlyweds, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are adapting to their post-marital routine, which includes the American football player’s return to training and rumors of a new album from the singer. The couple got together in July 2026, in New York, and now face the challenges of everyday life.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end reported to training camp in Missouri on July 29. An insider revealed that he is working hard as the season is about to begin.
“He’s back to his ultra-disciplined diet, sleep and workout routine,” the source continued. “It’s a very demanding phase for him.”
Fortunately for Kelce, the billionaire artist will be with him throughout this period. A person close to the couple said: “Taylor has been through this before, so she knows what to expect and is completely happy to support it. But it’s undeniable that it’s a big change to go from a life of indulgences to not even having a glass of wine with dinner.”
However, Swift is “all in” with Kelce and “wants to be his main support system, so she’s cooking healthy meals and going to bed early with him. She has no trouble focusing and working hard, it’s what she does best.”
Rumors indicate that Swift is also “getting back to work,” with a new album in the works. The same insider described that “everything is top secret, but there is another album in the works. She holds these sessions while he trains and occasionally does her own thing, going into the studio for long sessions.”
