Elsewhere in the video, the action returns to Quadratum, where Sora glimpses what appear to be the spirits of his friends before losing consciousness. Large Heartless creatures launch an attack in a later sequence, and a mysterious second Keyblade wielder emerges to assist. The character Strelitzia, known from Kingdom Hearts Union χ, is also briefly shown. Meanwhile, Mickey Mouse is seen in a library, expressing: “That’s a lot of new information”, a phrase that underlines the intricate plot, suggesting that the narrative delves into Sora’s separation from his friends, going beyond traditional Disney scenarios.

The main challenge for the full title will be ensuring that all the worlds visited integrate cohesively into the narrative and gameplay, ensuring that the Disney stories, Keyblade transformations and the ongoing mystery of Kingdom Hearts come together in a meaningful way.
