Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed the opening selection for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in October 2026 during its dual PlayStation State of Play broadcast. Sony confirmed the lineup.

Titles scheduled to join the PlayStation Plus service from October 2026

Sony Interactive Entertainment confirmed that action title Mycopunk will debut directly on PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium in October 2026, marking an official console rollout following the project’s initial early access launch on Steam back in July 2025. The release accumulated a “Very Positive” user rating on Steam across nearly 3,000 player reviews. The cooperative game established early popularity among community members.

Official descriptions characterize Mycopunk as a four-player cooperative “hyper-customizable mission-based looter shooter.”

The official synopsis invites players to “Join the New Atlas Hazard Crew, a squad of odd robots with unique gadgets, and rid the galaxy of a deadly fungal menace in this hyper-customizable mission-based cooperative shooter.” Players command mechanical units equipped with specialized tools across the campaign.

Sony Interactive Entertainment also announced three classic productions planned for PlayStation Plus Premium across the rest of 2026 without specifying exact monthly rollout dates:

• Mega Man X: Command Mission for PS5 and PS4
• Dino Crisis 2 for PS5 and PS4
• Ratchet & Clank for PS5 and PS4

PlayStation Store will offer each classic title as an individual standalone purchase. Users without active subscriptions can acquire the software directly through digital storefronts.
