Harvey reaches $15.5B valuation with fresh $550M funding
Harvey secured $550M in funding. Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners co-led the transaction at a $15.5B company valuation. This financial backing arrives after the firm unveiled its first post-trained open-weight model and introduced Harvey LAB, titled the Legal Agent Benchmark, which serves to support law firms, in-house counsel, and professional service organizations working to establish and direct their own intelligent systems at scale.
Previous backers Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Coatue, Conviction, Elad Gil, Evantic, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Verified Capital, and WNDR put money into the business during this round. New capital entered from Diffusion, Lightspeed, Sapphire Ventures, and Whale Rock.
