Madrid software firm HeyDiga secures €5.5M to scale AI chats
HeyDiga secured €5.5 million ($6.4 million) in a seed funding round led by investment firm 6dc in Madrid, company representatives announced. Venture capital funds K Fund, Italian Founders Fund, and Decelera participated in the transaction alongside Jobandtalent co-founders Juan Urdiales and Felipe Navío and individual angel investors.
The enterprise creates an artificial intelligence operating system designed for business communications with consumers. Automated virtual agents manage inbound interactions across telephone lines, WhatsApp, and digital chat interfaces 24 hours a day. The software retains the distinct conversational tone and branding instructions of each corporate client.

Rather than limiting actions to basic answers, the autonomous virtual agents integrate with existing enterprise tools including booking platforms, client relationship management systems, and sector software for medical clinics, auto dealerships, and dining establishments to carry out operational tasks and resolve consumer inquiries from start to finish.
Capital from the investment will accelerate commercial expansion across Spain, France, and Italy. The business already serves more than 200 corporate clients across the automotive, healthcare, and beauty sectors in these European markets.

Hospitality venues serve as an immediate focal point for this deployment push. Telephone calls still account for most table reservations and often arrive during active kitchen service, while customer cancellations cause direct revenue losses. HeyDiga developed DigaFood to address these issues by connecting directly with restaurant reservation software and table management systems.
The technical platform operates across five commercial branches: DigaLook for beauty salons, DigaMotor for vehicle dealerships, DigaClinic for medical centers, DigaFood for dining establishments, and DigaLiving for real estate agencies.
David Zafra and Sergio Espeja established HeyDiga in July 2025. The founders direct development toward deepening each industry vertical through tools tailored to specific workplace workflows.
The financing ranks in the top 1% of seed transactions in the Spanish marketing sector recorded over a four-year period. The dataset tracked 113 operations. The capital intake reflects investor demand for artificial intelligence agents capable of completing operational tasks within corporate software architectures.
