Rebel Wolves director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz confirmed on September 17, 2026, that the studio is developing a New Game Plus mode for The Blood of Dawnwalker. The announcement occurred during an official broadcast on the PlayStation Polska YouTube channel.
The update has no date.
Director reveals new game mode during broadcast
Tomaszkiewicz addressed the audience directly when asked about the feature by the program host. “We do our best to be as friendly a studio as possible and simply create cool things for cool people, and that’s all. New Game Plus, yes, it will be done,” Tomaszkiewicz said. When the host asked if the feature was genuinely coming, the director answered: “There will be. But I won’t tell you when.”
The system allows users to carry over unlocked character skills, earned weapons, and accumulated character levels into a fresh file. Bandai Namco publishes the dark fantasy title.
Player choices define the 30 days journey
In the debut fantasy title from Rebel Wolves, protagonist Coen receives a strict window of 30 days and 30 nights to rescue his captive family from the threatening vrakhiri leader Brencis across Vale Sangora before the main campaign timer expires completely. Players cannot finish every side quest in a single run due to the strict calendar system. The design demands strategic planning on every in-game morning.
The campaign contains multiple ways to confront the primary antagonist at the end of the narrative:
- Players can choose to eliminate the Boyars before the confrontation with Brencis.
- The protagonist can parlay directly with the vrakhiri commander.
- Coen can allow the 30 days timer to expire entirely.
- Travelers can search for the hidden gate leading straight out of Vale Sangora.
- Users can unlock an alternate path by finishing a specific dream sequence.
Retaining high-tier character equipment through New Game Plus reduces the overall grinding needed to see each variation.
