Exstetra PS5 remaster has PC release date confirmed

The Exstetra game, originally released only on Japão for PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS in 2013, will receive a remastered version for PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Publisher Furyu announced that the title will have its first global release, with a PC version on July 30, 2026, followed by console platforms at a later date.

In 2013, distributor XSEED was asked about the possibility of bringing the game to the English-speaking market, but responded that it was unlikely. Furyu now adopts different strategy and will launch Exstetra worldwide with support for multiple languages ​​including English.

The game’s narrative takes place in Amazea, a fusion of Tóquio with another world destined for ruin. The player takes on the role of a “Prisma”, the chosen savior, in a battle to prevent the annihilation of 2 worlds.
