Emiko Kawamura, a 46-year-old member of the comedy duo Tanpopo, surprised guests on a television show with the results of her latest weight loss challenge. This is the third time that the artist has publicly dedicated herself to a regimen, highlighting her ongoing commitment to health and physical transformation, always documented for the public.

The comedian recently participated in the program “Nekketsu Mania-san!”, shown on Saturdays on TBS, where she accepted the goal of checking how much weight she could lose in just three days, eating exclusively Kaldi noodles. Starting the challenge with 74.6 kg and a waist measurement of 99 cm, Kawamura managed to reduce 1.2 kg on the first day, despite consuming three meals a day. At the end of the period, the diet focused on Kaldi noodles resulted in a total decrease of 2.4 kg and 1.2 cm in the waist, provoking exclamations of astonishment from comedian Satoshi Iizuka, from the trio Tokyo 03, and artists Eiji Wentz and Gal Sone, who declared themselves impressed. Singer Dream Ami, when observing the before and after images, expressed her admiration at the perception of a “completely different” change.

This new success adds to Kawamura’s other achievements in the field of televised diets, demonstrating the variety of approaches she explores. In July last year, she had already lost around 8.5 kilos in one month during a segment on Nippon Television’s “Hirunandesu!” program. Earlier, in January this year, the artist had also achieved a notable loss of 4.1 kilos and 7.3 centimeters from her waist in a 10-day challenge on “Nekketsu Mania-san!”, consolidating her trajectory of transformations that captivate the public’s attention.
