Digital art that alludes to Grand Theft Auto VI, the long-awaited release from Rockstar Games, was released by the White House this Wednesday (18), with the aim of extolling actions and achievements associated with Donald Trump’s administration.
The creation’s look mirrors the graphic identity of the game’s marketing materials, using vibrant colors and segments that display various moments related to the former president of the United States. The image’s centerpiece featured Trump’s well-known campaign motto, “Make America Great Again,” reworked to echo the name of the franchise title.
In its description, the official White House account conveyed the message: “We really saved America before GTA 6”, in a clear reference to the long and anticipated wait for the new game. This expression has become a popular meme on digital platforms, used to compare events of great relevance or those with a low probability of occurring, demonstrating a communication strategy that seeks to engage a young audience familiar with internet culture.
The image released showed scenes of Trump in front of the headquarters of the federal government, as well as an armed forces helicopter, the plane used by the presidency and other emblems representing the US government. In less than 24 hours, the post reached million-dollar views and generated massive engagement with thousands of interactions.
This announcement occurred during a period of intense expectation on the part of admirers of the game series. Rockstar Games reported that the pre-order phase for Grand Theft Auto VI will begin on June 25th. The title’s arrival on the market is scheduled for November 19, 2026, with versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The next edition of the game marks the return to Vice City, a fictional location inspired by the city of Miami, and will introduce Lucia and Jason as central characters. The saga, which has established itself as one of the most famous in the history of electronic games, is also recognized for debates and controversies related to representations of violence, criminal acts and content aimed at an adult audience.
