Coach Lionel Scaloni’s team, which currently leads Group J due to goal difference, could present up to three new formations on the field, including striker Julián Alvarez, from Atlético de Madrid. Alvarez, rested in the previous game against Algeria due to inflammation in his left ankle, had a standout performance when he came on in the second half replacing Lautaro Martínez. Closing the Group J schedule, Jordan and Algeria will face each other in the early hours of Monday to Tuesday, completing the clashes that promise to move the race for classification in the World Cup forward.
