A new report from the renowned Digital Chat Station profile, known for accurate leaks, indicates that Apple is developing new screen sizes. The company would be testing the following configurations:
- iPhone Pro: 6.4 inches, an increase from the current 6.3 inches.
- iPhone Pro Max: 7 inches, surpassing the current 6.9 inches.
The leaker also adds that both devices will have an increase in their physical size, but will maintain the same screen ratio as the current models. This suggests that bigger screens won’t just come from reducing bezels.
The last change in the size of Apple’s Pro models occurred in 2024, when the iPhone 16 Pro went from 6.1 to 6.3 inches and the Pro Max from 6.7 to 6.9 inches.
While the increases for next year appear more modest in numbers, the inclusion of the quad-curved design is what promises a more noticeable and innovative sense of change for users, elevating the device’s visual and tactile experience.
