Sasha Meneghel is known for more than being the daughter of Xuxa Meneghel. The Parsons School of Design graduate, based in New York, founded her fashion label, Mondepars, in June 2024. Since then the brand has become a reference in sophisticated and sustainable clothing, and its physical stores now reach new cities.
The designer has spoken openly about her commitment to the project and has described herself as a workaholic. That dedication shows in the quality of the collections and in the growth of a brand that combines elegance, versatility and environmental responsibility.
From Parsons training to the label’s first runway show
Sasha’s creative vision took shape while she studied at Parsons, in New York. In June 2024 she launched Mondepars, a step that marked the start of her career as an independent designer.
The debut, titled Debut Collection, was shown at an exclusive runway event in São Paulo with 34 pieces. The looks focused on precise tailoring, neutral tones and bright touches of red, green and blue, with oversized blazers and straight-cut jeans. The line also featured adjustable trousers that the wearer can fit to their body or to the occasion.
Shopping JK Iguatemi opening draws family and celebrities
The brand opened its first physical store at the Shopping JK Iguatemi, in São Paulo, in November 2024. The location, inside one of the most upscale malls in the city, matches the premium image the label wants to project.
The opening event brought together figures from fashion and entertainment, along with Sasha’s family. Xuxa Meneghel and Luciano Szafir were among those present, a sign of support for the venture. The store is also a place where customers can experience the brand’s values of exclusivity and inclusion.

Sustainable production and sizes for every body
Sustainability is one of the pillars of Mondepars. Sasha chooses materials and production methods that reduce environmental impact, without giving up sophistication. Inclusion is also central, with garments made in a range of sizes and styles.
For the designer, clothes should adapt to the person, not the other way around. That idea attracts customers who look for a connection with the values behind what they wear, not just a trend.
Six milestones since the label launched in 2024
- Launch: the brand was presented in June 2024, with 34 pieces shown at an exclusive runway event.
- First store: opened at the Shopping JK Iguatemi, in São Paulo, in November 2024.
- Adjustable design: versatile pieces, such as trousers with an adjustable waist, fit different bodies.
- Color palette: neutral tones dominate, with details in red, blue and green.
- Sustainability: conscious production and quality materials are priorities.
- Inclusion: a range of sizes is meant to make the clothes accessible to a diverse public.
Sasha’s hands-on role in running the brand
Sasha’s work at Mondepars goes beyond creating collections. She takes part directly in strategic and operational decisions, balancing creativity with management. In interviews, she said the intensity of the job made her see herself as a workaholic, but she stressed the pleasure of seeing her vision come to life.

The designer also says it is important to keep authenticity at every stage, from design to customer service. That care, she has said, has helped the brand build a positive reputation in the market in a short time.
Campinas store and new perfume line mark the next phase
The brand’s expansion continued on 18 September 2026, when Mondepars opened its first street-level store, on Rua Bela Cintra, in São Paulo. The same event marked the official debut of the label in perfumery, with three unisex fragrances: Kyoto, Rosalee and NERO. The scents draw on Japanese culture, inspired by a tea ceremony Sasha attended during a stay in Kyoto.
On Tuesday, 3 November 2026, the label was scheduled to open a store at the Shopping Iguatemi Campinas, at 4:30 p.m. The unit follows the architectural concept of the brand’s stores, and the project was signed by Federico Concilio, of Studio Gaibola. The Debut Collection had about 70% of its items designed as genderless pieces, and the store carries pieces priced at more than R$ 3,000. The announcement came shortly after Sasha confirmed her first pregnancy on 29 October 2026, with a post showing an ultrasound image.
