The Epic Games Store continues its tradition of distributing free games and, this week, released a title aimed at those looking for peace of mind: theRelaxing Simulator, developed by Witte Studio.
The simulator allows the player to float like a serene soul through peaceful landscapes, adjust the climate and lighting according to the mood, and explore environments such as forests, ruins, houses and islands without any pressure for goals or challenges. You can play alone or with friends, interacting with small details or simply relaxing around a campfire.
The title, originally released in 2024, usually sells for around US$7.99 (or equivalent in reais) and can now be redeemed permanently at no cost until 12pm on June 14, 2026. After the deadline, it returns to normal value.
How to redeem the game
Just go to the game’s page on the Epic Games Store, log in to your account and click “Get.” The game will remain in the library even after the promotional period.
Minimum requirements
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
- Processor: Ryzen 3 or Intel Core i3
- RAM memory: 6GB
- Video card: 4 GB of VRAM (e.g. AMD RX 580 or Nvidia GTX 970)
- Storage: 12 GB available

Why the title stands out among Epic’s free games
While the platform usually offers action, strategy or adventure games in weekly promotions — such as Songs of Conquest and Rogue Waters, available until June 11 —, Relaxing Simulator brings an opposite proposal: zero stress and total focus on digital well-being. It caters to an audience looking for calm experiences, similar to titles like ABZU or Journey, but with even freer mechanics and light humor.
The game also gains relevance at a time when more players report fatigue with intense competitive titles and are looking for options to disconnect. With affordable requirements, it runs well on modest configurations, expanding the reach for those who don’t have a high-end gaming PC.
