A dubbing specialist, Gustavo Machado, carried out a detailed analysis of the conversations captured during the confrontation between the Brazilian team and Haiti. The game took place in Philadelphia, in the United States, last Friday (19).
Raphinha’s unexpected departure from the field
Player Raphinha expressed concern after feeling significant discomfort in the hamstring of his right thigh. Faced with pain, the attacker requested his substitution when the first half reached 39 minutes.
In his words, Brazilian national team striker Raphinha stated: “No, I felt strong and I was scared.”
The team’s number 7, Vinicius Júnior, tried to reassure his teammate, saying: “Calm down, it’s nothing, let’s go, let’s go.” While Raphinha was leaving, Gabriel Magalhães also showed support with the phrase: “Let’s go, Rapha”.
In Raphinha’s place, coach Ancelotti opted for Rayan, a 19-year-old striker, who marked his first participation in a World Cup.
The final result of the clash was Brazil’s victory over Haiti 3-0, guaranteeing the leadership of Group C. The goals were scored by Matheus Cunha, who scored twice, and Vinicius Júnior.
