The new South Korean drama series, “Agent Kim: Reactivated”, starring So Ji Sub, has just had its last trailer released before its premiere date. In the new scenes, the main actor appears in a loving moment with his daughter, Min-ji (Seo Su-min), an essential character for the development of the narrative.
Based on the popular webtoon “Manager Kim”, a form of digital comics of South Korean origin read online, the series centers on a family man with a past as a special agent. This protagonist’s peaceful routine is abruptly interrupted by the inexplicable disappearance of his daughter, forcing him to regain his old skills in a relentless quest to save her.
The official synopsis of the production details that “a father who leads an ordinary life unearths his past skills as a special agent to search for his missing daughter. But he ends up attracting unwanted attention”, adding to the suspenseful tone of the story.
With a total of ten chapters, the drama will be broadcast on Fridays and Saturdays, culminating with the final episode on July 25, 2026. The production, rated for people over 16 years old, will have its initial airing on the broadcaster SBS and will be made available simultaneously to the Brazilian public via the Netflix streaming platform. The launch is scheduled for this Thursday, June 26th.
