The film “Avengers: Doctor Doom”, scheduled for 2026, is considered the culmination of the extensive multiverse saga that Marvel Studios has been developing since 2020. For this reason, the production is expected to explore different realities, and new information suggests that a total of six distinct universes will be part of the narrative.
A well-known industry insider, Alex Perez, released a list of the six dimensions that, according to speculation, will be part of the plot of the next Avengers film:
- The return of Spider-Man played by Tobey Maguire to the universe, which generated great excitement among fans.
- The possible introduction of the X-Men universe, opening doors for the future integration of mutants into the MCU.
- The familiar Earth-616, which represents the main continuity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
- The Earth-828 dimension, associated with the Fantastic Four, another group awaited by viewers.
- Doctor Doom’s universe of origin, a key element in understanding the new antagonist’s journey.
- A hidden reality, which would remain unknown to most characters for much of the story.
This revelation aligns with previous rumors that indicated that the version of Doctor Doom coming from Earth-828 would not be his original dimension, opting to hide his true origin from the other members of the plot for a long period.
It is important to highlight, however, that all this information should be viewed as speculation until official confirmation by Marvel Studios.
The long-awaited “Avengers: Doctor Doom” is scheduled to premiere in theaters on December 17th, and the film will feature Robert Downey Jr. playing the story’s big villain.
