Brian Hickerson administered Narcan to counteract the suspected opioid overdose after his brother Zach Hickerson arrived at the rental property. “When we got in and tried to wake Hayden up for lunch, we realized she was unresponsive,” Zach Hickerson stated during an interview detailing the event.
“I immediately called 911, and Brian gave her Narcan,” Zach Hickerson said regarding the emergency response. “Then we did CPR together while dispatch was on speakerphone until the fire department and medical personnel arrived,” he added. Firefighters continued resuscitation maneuvers.
