The transaction closed after the property spent months on the real estate market, officially marking the end of her primary residency in the city.
The closing comes two months after her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, celebrated their 18th birthday in July 2026, which formally ended the geographic custody restrictions tied to her legal separation from actor Brad Pitt. Jolie previously shared her intentions regarding life after California: “Depois de Los Angeles, passarei muito tempo no Camboja. The residence was originally listed for sale in May 2026 with an asking price of $29.85 million. The final transaction closed with a discount of more than $5 million compared to the opening listing price. The estate spans 2.1 acres and features a main residence measuring approximately 11,000 square feet, which equates to roughly 1,021 square meters.
