Mercedes-Benz has started orders at Europa for the new Mercedes-Maybach Classe S. The model has received the most comprehensive update in its history and sets a new standard among luxury sedans. The changes cover external design, electrified powertrain, digital experience with artificial intelligence and improved comfort systems.

The launch reinforces the vehicle’s positioning as a reference in refinement and advanced technology for customers seeking exclusivity. A produção ocorre na fábrica de Sindelfingen, na Alemanha, com entregas programadas para os próximos meses em mercados europeus.

MB.OS system debuts in model Maybach with generative artificial intelligence

MB.OS arrives on a vehicle Maybach for the first time and integrates all the car’s functions. Combinado to the fourth generation of MBUX, the system allows intuitive operation and natural conversations with the virtual assistant.

The assistant uses technologies from Microsoft and Google to remember previous interactions and offer responses in everyday language. Atualizações over-the-air continually improve driver assistance and entertainment features. The Supertela MBUX includes 36.6cm and 31.2cm panels on the front fascia, plus two 31.3cm screens for the rear occupants.

The ambient lighting has 199 LEDs that generate 10 universes of colors and 64 different shades. The digital system creates an exclusive interface with personalized graphics for the Maybach line.

Electrified engine delivers performance equivalent to the previous V12

The Mercedes-Maybach S 580 with V8 engine generates 395 kW plus 17 kW of mild hybrid support and torque of 750 Nm plus 205 Nm. Acceleration occurs powerfully and linearly in all driving situations.

The top-of-the-line S 680 version offers 450 kW plus 17 kW and total torque of 850 Nm plus 205 Nm. Performance is close to the previous V12 model, with smooth and refined responses.

The plug-in hybrid S 580e increases power by up to 55 kW and achieves an electric range of approximately 100 km. The integration between the electric engine and the internal combustion engine results in silent and efficient driving, especially in urban areas.

Predictive AIRMATIC suspension uses real-time data for greater comfort

The AIRMATIC air suspension incorporates predictive control that communicates with other vehicles via Car-to-X. Informações about bumps, undulations, slippery surfaces and harsh braking are collected in the Mercedes-Benz smart cloud.

The system adjusts the damping force in advance to maintain a high level of comfort, especially for rear seat passengers. Acoustic insulation has been reinforced to eliminate vibrations and external noise.

In European regions where V2I communication advances, the vehicle exchanges data directly with traffic lights and infrastructure sensors. Detalhes about accidents, objects on the road or traffic conditions help with suspension preparation.

The predictive approach represents an evolution in relation to previous systems, which only reacted to the driver’s commands.

Exterior reinforces visual presence with exclusive finishing details

The larger, illuminated front grille highlights the sedan’s grandeur. Elementos in rose gold on the headlights and the mechanism that keeps the central star of the wheels always in a vertical position demonstrate attention to detail.

The exterior design has evolved to convey status without drastically altering the model’s classic proportions. Fixed badge wheels add to the feeling of sophistication on the move.

Interior designed as an oasis of tranquility with sustainable options

The cabin has been redesigned to prioritize serenity and comfort. Pela for the first time, it offers a leather-free interior that uses the material Mirville, based on natural fiber, balancing luxury and sustainability.

The executive rear seats include multi-adjustable seats, a 10-liter refrigerator and silver-plated champagne flutes. Portas Automatics facilitate entry and exit with elegance.

MANUFAKTUR allows almost unlimited combinations, with more than 400 internal color options and personalized stitching. Clientes define every detail to create unique configurations.

Driver assistance systems gain precision in urban environments

The MB.DRIVE ASSIST PRO package offers smooth autonomous driving even in dense city traffic. Parking assistance has been expanded to support diagonal maneuvers and features an optimized 360-degree camera.

These features work together with predictive suspension to deliver a relaxed travel experience. Coordination between electronic and mechanical systems keeps the focus on occupant comfort.

The new Mercedes-Maybach Classe S combines luxury tradition with segment-defining technological advances. Orders are now open at Europa and the model arrives to consolidate the reference standard among high-end sedans.
