The Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport was highlighted this week on São Paulo. The model for exclusive use on the track arrived at Porsche Center São Paulo for exhibition until June 6th. Trata is the only copy destined for América Latina.
Stuttgart Porsche brought the unit numbered 65/77. The car is part of the dealership’s collection and attracts collectors and brand enthusiasts. The presentation reinforces the interest in high-performance vehicles in the country.
Exposição on Porsche Center São Paulo
The vehicle is available for viewing at Avenida Dr. Cardoso by Melo, 1507. Interessados can see up close details that differentiate the Rennsport from other models in the 911 line. Stuttgart confirmed that the example will remain in place during the announced period.

Base in the racing 911 GT3 R
The 911 GT3 R Rennsport is directly derived from the 911 GT3 R used in endurance championships. Stuttgart Motorsport became Brazilian champion in 2025 with the racing model. However, the Rennsport version eliminates restrictions imposed by FIA regulations.
Apenas hood and roof were maintained compared to the original GT3 R. The rest of the bodywork received changes to prioritize free performance. The front gained optimizations in air intakes and cooling ducts. Espelhos traditional rear view mirrors have given way to a digital camera system.
Aerofólio rear harks back to 1978 icon
The large spoiler at the rear draws immediate attention. Seu design references the Brumos Porsche 935/77, winner of the 24 Horas from Daytona in 1978. Dois additional vertical supports reinforce the structure and maintain aerodynamic load.
The rear also has a thin LED light bar and illuminated Porsche inscription. The bumper eliminates unnecessary covers to reduce weight. Rodas 18-inch BBS Racing with central locking completes the set.
Motor boxer delivers 620 hp and high revs
The six-cylinder, 4.2-liter engine develops 620 hp. Ele reaches speeds of up to 9,400 rpm. The number surpasses that of the competition GT3 R, which is around 565 hp depending on the performance balance.
The engine uses four valves per cylinder, water cooling and direct injection. Ele accepts E25 fuels, biofuels and e-fuels, in addition to conventional gasoline. The six-speed sequential transmission is changed via paddles on the steering wheel.
Relações specific gears in fourth, fifth and sixth follow setup used in Daytona. In sixth gear at 9,000 rpm, the Rennsport reaches a maximum speed around 20 km/h higher than the model approved by the FIA.
Minimalist Cockpit for track use
The interior prioritizes functionality. Há pilot’s seat only. Gaiola protection follows FIA standards. Monitores of the side cameras are integrated into the panel, while the rear camera sends an image to the central screen.
The display shows dedicated graphics. The limited edition number appears on the instrument panel. Iluminação ambiance follows the theme of the main headlights and allows for color adjustments.
Decoração special in carbon fiber
The example on display received a temporary finish that simulates carbon fiber weaves. The material appears on a large scale in the real body of the model. Porsche offers the Rennsport in Cinza Ágata Metálico and seven other colors.
Três special themes inspired by the brand’s racing cars are also available: Rennsport Reunion, Flacht and Ícone from Velocidade. Cada unit allows extensive customization within the limit of 77 copies.
Limited Edition Global Contexto
Porsche presented the 911 GT3 R Rennsport in 2023 during Rennsport Reunion at Califórnia. Production restricted to 77 units positions the car as a collector’s item. The exclusive track focus makes it unsuitable for use on public roads or regular competitions.
No Brasil, the arrival of the single unit for the América Latina marks the model’s presence in the regional market. Stuttgart Porsche follows the growing interest in extreme performance vehicles in the country.
