Polônia’s largest hotel on the sea Báltico opens its doors this week. The Gołębiewski complex in Pobierowo has around 500 rooms ready out of the 1240 planned. The German press is closely following the inauguration, which takes place just 50 kilometers from the border. The 180,000 square meter development dominates the coastal landscape after eight years of construction.
Reservations already exceed expectations. Centenas of tourists arrive at the small Pobierowo, with just a thousand inhabitants. The hotel seeks to attract visitors from Alemanha and República Tcheca. The Gołębiewski network has kept some of the details confidential until the last few days.
Quartos ready concentrate on a wing of the building
Cerca of 500 rooms are available in the left wing of the building. Cada unit is approximately 50 square meters and has fine wood furniture. Oitenta percent have a balcony, although not all have a direct view of the sea. Prices start at around 350 euros per night.
Apartamentos can reach 900 euros. Marketing director Marta Masłowska reported that more than 2,000 reservations were made in the first 24 hours. The system still shows vacancies for the summer. Ofertas specials are valid until August 31st.

In front of the building there is a large swimming pool complex. Ele measures 104 meters long by 60 meters wide, larger than an Olympic swimming pool. Park Wodny Tropikana includes indoor pools, jacuzzi, children’s area, saunas, slides and salt cave.
Restaurantes themes operate on site. Asian Monsoon generates comments on social media. Hóspedes also finds local cuisine in four establishments and a large buffet. Nem all leisure attractions are fully completed.
The project includes climbing walls, bowling, cinema, supermarket, nightclub and volleyball courts. A pianist must play in the lobby. Management limits statements to the foreign press in the days leading up to the opening.
Tadeusz Gołębiewski did not see the completion of the main project
The chain belongs to the Gołębiewski family. Founder Tadeusz Gołębiewski started in 1972 with the Tago biscuit factory. Ele built an empire with six hotels. The venture into Pobierowo represented the pinnacle of his career.
Gołębiewski passed away in June 2022. Ele frequently visited the construction site. The heirs continued the work. The opening is scheduled for this Wednesday. The hotel targets both individual tourists and corporate events.
Pobierowo is a half-hour drive from Usedom’s island. De Berlim, the journey takes about three hours. The scale of the work arouses interest on both sides of the border.
Localização favors different types of tourism in the region
The city is typical of the Polish coast. The hotel combines proximity to the beach and the forest. The infrastructure allows you to mix rest by the sea with recreational activities. The administration is betting on different public profiles to fill the enterprise.
