General ticket sales for Rock in Rio 2026 began on Monday night. Fans faced a virtual queue lasting up to 1h10 to access the Ticketmaster website. Some sectors and entire days were sold out within a few hours.
Elton John’s day appears among the most searched. The British artist performs on Palco Mundo on September 7th, Independence Day. The date has attracted special attention since the line-up was announced.
High demand from the first minutes
The platform indicated a long wait at the opening of sales, at 7pm. Many users reported difficulty accessing the purchase page. Even so, interest focused on dates with international headliners.
Days of Calvin Harris and Maroon 5 sold out completely within two hours. The Comfort Zone sector for September 7th also became unavailable at 1:40 am. Other days showed low availability in specific sectors in the same period.

Those who purchased the Rock in Rio Card in the previous phase could still set the date until noon on June 8, subject to availability. After the deadline, the choice depends on what is left in the open days.
The organization recommends prior registration with Ticketmaster to speed up the process. The website warned about the high volume of simultaneous accesses since the sale began.
