Google Finance application with artificial intelligence arrives on Android for investment management
Google announced the arrival of a dedicated application for its Google Finance service, making an investment management platform available globally. The tool integrates advanced artificial intelligence features, designed to assist users in organizing portfolios, tracking quotes and monitoring the financial market directly via smartphone.
The AI version of Google Finance has been available in Brazil since April, operating in beta phase and restricted to the web platform. This new stage marks a significant evolution for the service, transforming it from a simple browser page into an investment assistant accessible in the palm of your hand. The application initially benefits Android users, with the promise of an iPhone version in 2026.

Data import has been simplified: it is possible to add financial history by sending PDF and CSV files, uploading screenshots or simply describing assets in text, with AI taking over the automatic organization of information.

With the portfolio properly organized, a new search functionality allows queries to be carried out using natural language, facilitating interaction. Additionally, the platform introduces so-called “key moments,” concise AI-generated summaries that detail the reasons behind sharp swings in stock prices. The purpose is to offer investors a deeper understanding of a stock’s unexpected rises or falls in the market.
Automatically generated custom alerts and reports
The recent update also introduces the ability to create periodic financial reports. Users can ask artificial intelligence for specific surveys, such as a daily pre-market summary of the previous night’s major cryptocurrency moves. After processing the information, a notification containing the summary is sent to the device.
The app is expected to receive additional functionality in the coming months. Among the planned new features is support for live broadcasts of companies’ financial statements, further expanding market monitoring capabilities.
