Businessman Ivo Kos, 48 ​​years old, was arrested in the early hours of August 15, 2026, in the Pinheiros neighborhood, West Zone of São Paulo. He is accused of attacking his own wife after they returned from a business dinner.

The victim, Giullia Falcão Kos, a 27-year-old dental surgeon, used her digital platforms to report what happened. She released photographs showing her face with multiple injuries, including swollen eyes and lips, as well as injuries to her nose.

Ivo Kos’ lawyers reported that, at this time, they will not comment on the incident. The São Paulo Public Security Secretariat confirmed that the episode was classified as bodily injury, domestic violence and threat, registered at the 4th Women’s Defense Police Station.

Ivo and Giullia Kos have been married for approximately two and a half years. According to her report, the businessman had already committed attacks against her on previous occasions.

After the disagreement that occurred on August 14, 2026, the woman recorded a video with the aim of recording the marks of violence on her face.

The incident was formally registered at the 4th Women’s Defense Police Station on charges of bodily harm, domestic violence and threat.
