An accident between a school van and a truck left five students dead on Monday night in GO-518. The crash occurred between Buriti of Goiás and Córrego of Ouro, west of Goiás. The victims were between 11 and 14 years old and studied at Colégio Estadual, Polícia Militar 5, Janeiro, Sanclerlândia.
The school vehicle was carrying 13 people in total. Sete occupants were injured and were taken to hospitals in São Luís from Montes Belos and Goiânia. Corpo’s Bombeiros was triggered around 6:30 p.m.
Preliminary Investigação points out possible glare from high beams

The bodies were released by Instituto Médico Legal in the early hours of Tuesday. Quatro students will be veiled in Ginásio of Esportes of Córrego of Ouro. A wake takes place in São Luís of Montes Belos.
Feridos receive care in two hospitals
