WhatsApp has started to globally release the multiple accounts feature for iPhone users, which allows you to manage two different profiles on the same cell phone.
The functionality can now be downloaded from the App Store. It serves those who need to separate personal and professional conversations without depending on a second device or WhatsApp Business.
To add the second profile, simply enter the application settings, choose the option to add account and enter a new phone number or scan a QR code to link as an additional device.
The system guarantees total independence between accounts. This includes separately stored chat histories, notifications, and privacy settings.
As a result, personalized alert tones on one account do not affect the other, which helps organize day-to-day messages.
Switching between profiles is simple: the user needs to tap and hold the “You” tab within the app.
Even with an inactive account, WhatsApp continues to monitor the arrival of messages and calls.
When a notification appears from your secondary account, you can dismiss the alert or quickly switch to responding.
