This initiative strategically connects communication efforts with sales objectives, crucial in a landscape characterized by frequent property launches and highly localized market demands across more than 130 Brazilian cities.

MRV’s strategic AI push for brokers

The “Corretor Câmera IAção” platform is fundamentally a content generation solution built to scale production while ensuring deep personalization. It seeks to lower technical barriers such as filming, editing, and scriptwriting, enabling brokers to maintain a robust digital footprint with minimal friction.

Developed to support approximately 4,000 brokers, the platform is specifically tailored to meet the demand for hyper-regionalized communication. This capability allows for message variations that account for specific local contexts and commercial timings, ensuring relevance and effectiveness across diverse markets.

How “Corretor Câmera IAção” simplifies content creation

Operating entirely via WhatsApp, the platform streamlines the content creation process into a few simple steps. Brokers engage with a dedicated bot, initiating the content generation by sending just three photos and an audio message.

According to Bob Siqueira, Head of Sacada—MRV’s in-house agency and project spokesperson—the system rapidly processes these inputs. It then generates diverse pieces and messages, delivering ready-to-publish content within hours, often by the next day, as stated by the company.

Hyper-regionalization and sales alignment

A core design principle of “Corretor Câmera IAção” is to marry personalization with automation. This approach allows for a significant increase in content volume and frequency without imposing advanced creative skills on the sales team.

The generated content is intended for publication on each broker’s individual social media channels, with the option for collaborative posts with MRV’s corporate profiles.

This strategy directly addresses the challenge of tailoring messages for specific regions and new property launches, ensuring local communication remains perfectly aligned with broader commercial and marketing strategies.

The technology powering personalized communication

The “Corretor Câmera IAção” platform is an advanced integration of 15 distinct AI tools, as revealed by Bob Siqueira. This combinatorial logic leverages different solutions for specific tasks, ranging from interpreting submitted media and generating text to adapting formats and creating varied content outputs.

A primary focus during the platform’s development was user experience. This commitment led to the creation of an intuitive system accessible directly via WhatsApp, which significantly reduces friction for brokers who may feel uncomfortable with recording videos for social networks. The automation of content creation serves to make digital engagement accessible to all sales professionals, regardless of their technical comfort level.

Addressing key challenges for sales professionals

The platform is precisely targeted at real estate brokers selling MRV products, aiming to resolve several persistent issues within the sales ecosystem.

These include the high demand for a consistent volume of content, coupled with a typically low capacity among individual brokers for constant content production.

The difficulty in personalizing messages for different regions and new property launches is also tackled, along with the critical need to align local communication efforts with overarching commercial and marketing strategies.

Finally, the platform removes significant technical barriers such as scriptwriting, video recording, editing, and maintaining a consistent brand language, thereby freeing brokers to focus on sales.

Integrating cultural hooks and rapid development

MRV strategically links the launch of “Corretor Câmera IAção” to its second year of participation in the BBB reality show, utilizing related assets and materials. This approach provides brokers with content that is culturally relevant and aligned with current market launches and commercial objectives.

Simultaneously, the company emphasizes that “Corretor Câmera IAção” is a continuous platform, designed to extend its support to brokers well beyond the conclusion of the BBB season as an integral part of their ongoing digital support framework.

The content strategy actively incorporates digital culture references, including memes and popular social media formats, to enhance audience connection. A prime example involves videos that start with scenes from the BBB and seamlessly transition into sales messages, adapted to the broker’s local context and sales narrative. This ensures a light and engaging tone while maintaining alignment with commercial goals.

Data privacy and legal compliance in the AI era

Bob Siqueira confirmed that the handling of brokers’ data and images within the “Corretor Câmera IAção” platform adheres to stringent consent models and has undergone thorough legal validation. This ensures compliance with LGPD requirements, particularly since the process involves personal materials like photos and audio submitted by the professionals themselves for content generation.
