New images of One UI 9.5 reveal improved interface for Samsung phones
Images of One UI 9.5 emerged in a recent leak, teasing the next new visuals and features that Samsung plans for its smartphones and tablets. The screenshots, released by informant Fahad Ali Javed on X, indicate adjustments to the user interface (UI), the customization layer of Samsung’s Android, which should be implemented soon, with the date of August 14, 2026 as a reference for the information.
Among the perceived design changes, Samsung shows a preference for an aesthetic with greater depth, incorporating subtle shadows into the widgets displayed on the devices’ main screen.

The navigation bars located at the bottom and the interaction buttons positioned in the header also feature shading effects and translucent elements, enhancing the distinction between the controls and the content presented on the screen.
The leak also points to an update to the Telephone application, which may include a search tool directly linked to the dialer. This functionality, powered by Samsung AI, would operate in a similar way to the Finder already present in the operating system.

Samsung, in turn, did not make any official statement about One UI 9.5, nor did it release a release date. It is important to remember that the previous version, One UI 9, began distribution recently and has not yet reached all models in the Galaxy line.
However, as the development process is still in its early stages, both the appearance and functionalities disclosed in the leak may undergo modifications before the release of a beta or final version of the software.
