Second employee sues Kylie Jenner for discrimination and harassment at work

Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner on Wednesday accusing the beauty entrepreneur of allowing racial discrimination, harassment and retaliation against her while working as a housekeeper. The lawsuit marks the second labor complaint against the reality TV star in as many weeks, highlighting alleged patterns of systematic abuse within the residence.

Soto has worked for Jenner since May 2019. The housekeeper claims the severity of the discriminatory treatment intensified after 2023, when Itzel Sibrian took over as direct supervisor. The lawsuit details repeated humiliations related to the employee’s accent, immigration status and race.

Carta left on the massage bed reveals desperation

In April 2025, after management’s continued failure to address his concerns, Soto drafted a detailed letter and placed it on Jenner’s massage bed prior to his appointment. In the correspondence she wrote: “I need to express how mentally abused I am” and “I apologize for informing you about all these situations, I know you would not allow this if you were aware.”

The document reveals the employee’s critical emotional state. Segundo the process, Jenner did not respond or intervene after receiving the letter. Soto alleges that, the next day, she was threatened with dismissal and told never to contact the businesswoman again.

Supervisors reportedly prohibited Soto from looking at Kylie, smiling at her, or remaining in the same space when the mogul was present. In August 2025, Soto sent a text message to supervisors describing his deteriorating mental state: “I’m sorry I can’t do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and you ate all my nails, I can’t sleep at night and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.”

The lawsuit lists multiple allegations:

Angelica Hernandez Vasquez filed suit on April 17 alleging “severe and pervasive harassment” during her employment from September 2024 to August 2025. Della Shaker, attorney for both women, represented both in their lawsuits against the businesswoman.

“My client alleges multiple violations of labor and employment laws by Kylie Jenner and its affiliated companies,” said Shaker. “I commend your courage in speaking up and seeking accountability, recognizing that taking the first step is often the most difficult.”

Jenner’s representative declined to comment on the lawsuit, stating that the reality star had not yet seen the lawsuit at the time of the statement.
