The Honor X80 Pro Max emerges as the Chinese brand’s next big bet in the segment of thin smartphones equipped with high-capacity batteries based on silicon-carbon. That’s because tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that, in addition to officially adopting the name “Pro Max”, the device will come with an 11,000 mAh battery. Previously, this device was known only as the Honor X80. To recharge this “tank” more quickly, the cell phone will receive 90W fast wired charging technology, significantly surpassing the predecessor X70.

Other details confirmed by DCS include a 6.8-inch flat OLED screen, which will also have thin bezels and 1.5K resolution. To ensure good processing power for daily activities, the Honor X80 Pro Max will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 platform.

For now, details about the camera set have not yet been revealed, but this leak makes it very clear that the cell phone will have advanced protection against water and dust, with a rating of up to IP69. Of course, the Chinese woman doesn’t comment on this type of subject, but she is also working on a cell phone with a robotic camera and even on a new high-resolution solution for selfies.
