Coldplay reaches new global tour attendance record and surpasses Taylor Swift

Although Taylor Swift’s initiative remains the most profitable, the biggest public achievement was achieved byMusic Of The Spheres World Tourby the British group Coldplay. The data, validated by Guinness World Records, indicates that Coldplay sold more than 10.3 million tickets, in contrast to the 10.1 million recorded by Taylor Swift. Expected to end only in September 2025, the group’s tour, which will soon retire from the stage, has the potential to further expand this impressive milestone.

Recently, the band also held a notable event in Ahmedabad, India, which was described as the “biggest stadium show of the 21st century”. More than 223,000 fans attended the performance over two nights. In a message posted on their official Facebook account, Coldplay expressed gratitude: “Thank you Ahmedabad, thank you India. We will never forget these two weeks. Your love and affection will forever remain in our hearts.”
